there is some voice in the back of my head that makes me a little mad that it's true,,,
but listen
meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, creative or daydreaming time, drinking water, yoga/stretching/light exercise are all so so so important
i am not saying these things will cure you. i am not saying it's "that easy". i am not saying you can (or should) do all these things all the time (well at least drink water please)
but whatever you are going through is going to be that π€ much easier if you are looking out for yourself.
