Chico 3.0.0 is here! Japanese and Chinese localization

This major update for Chico adds full localizations into Japanese and Simplified Chinese!
I am so excited to get to share the game with a whole new audience of players.

It also improves the game's controls, and fixes a bunch of bugs, so it's a great update for anyone to grab!
