a whole lot of not 2022 albums! about half are not 2022 albums, which goes to show that even though i love listening to new music, it's nice to return to old stuff too!
one (very minor) complaint that i have about last.fm data is that it only tracks number of times you listened to a song on the album, and then tapmusic orders them by quantity, which means that if i listen to a 4 song album 5 times, and a 20 song album 1 time, they get shown equally. generally if i'm listening to an album 5 times, even as short as it is, i like it a lot, and i'd like for that to somehow be represented here. but... unfortunately i think that's just a limitation of the data. there may be some way to implement like... album plays? as whole numbers or fractions, and then break ties with raw number of song plays.
but idk! maybe i'm trying too hard to solve a problem that's not really there lol
