there's a splatfest this weekend, and the theme is "what is your favorite taste sensation?" with the options being spicy, sweet, and sour. as a regular baker, team sweet was a pretty easy pick! as a result, this song by japanese breakfast has been stuck in my head for the past week, even though it's not about sweetness as a taste, haha.
