entering my pomodoro era
again
it's a timing system where you work for 25 minutes, and then take a 5 minute break
do 3 or 4 (up to your personal preference) and then take a 15 minute break, then go back to 25/5 blocks
it's one of those things where it's been really helpful for me in the past, but i stopped using it at some point for... whatever reason, and everytime i come back to it i'm like "wow how did i ever stop using this"
pomodoros are the only think keeping me employed at the moment
I actually started scheduling my day by pomodoros instead of linear time, which has done wonders towards helping me with the terrible anxiety I get if I'm even one (1) minute out-of-sync with my calendar! really wish I'd tried the method earlier
