hmmm this is tough ! my initial instinct is to pay part or all of someone's rent/grocery bills/etc
if i have to spend it on myself (which i feel is more the intention of the question), i'd spend part of it on a nice dinner for me and my roommage and... past that it gets hard lol. if i had more time i'd just buy more food LMAO. i guess i'd subscribe to some premium services ? like paywalled pokemon tcg articles, or a local climbing gym. idk if that makes it to $500, lol, but i'd try to spend the most i can on longer term stuff with a little bit of short term fun
