I’m playing through Cyberpunk 2077 and at one point due to your fucked up failing cyberware, the game starts applying a constant and very distracting glitch effect to both sound and visuals. And I was like “wow bold choice to annoy the player like this for such an extended period”, thinking it would go away after the related quest progressed and it turns out this is in fact a bug in version 2.0, not an intentionally insane artistic choice, and I played through like four hours of the game like this and the apparent workaround is to reload a save before the bug manifested and pick a different dialog option.
