Fall of the House of Usher is like, a show from Ryan Murphy's evil and much-cooler twin? Everyone on this show is both queer and horrible, it's just this parade of people who are hot, insufferable, rich, and going to die in some ironic way. It also feels like an MCU show going "do you get it do you get the reference" but for people who own a Poe omnibus.
I am enjoying it immensely but also I feel like a racoon who's been stolen from the streets of new york city and force-fed my favorite garbage (week old moldy pizza) in some kind of experiment where they feed racoons their favorite kind of garbage. This show is making the microplastics in my blood vibrate.
It's the kind of tv show where a character might have, like, disney-villain-in-a-24-7-d/s-throuple-with-her-two-henchpersons type vibes but then the 24-7 d/s throuple is in fact literal and canon. there are TWO characters like that
