Thereay be a better FAQ or something where this is addressed so please feel free to ignore or direct me there but; how does one get 'in' to Fallen London these days? I've played Sunless Seas and enjoyed it but bounced off the roguelike structure before getting too far and I've tried to start Fallen London twice but it feels so large and daunting to start with that I eventually run away screaming (complimentary) at the sheer density of the game.
Over the last year, we've made changes to the very early game to improve how we onboard new players, so if you last tried a long time ago, you might find that this is all you need. Remember that Fallen London isn't a run-based game like Sunless Sea – you can't really mess up and lose progress in the same way, so it's okay to muddle your way through.
