If that happens, he probably gets an all-nba slot, and if that happens… do the Pacers supermax him? Do they give him a gargantuan contract and then do the same for Halli? Is that capologically feasible?

From what I've seen, their cap heading into next year is 22 million below the Salary floor, , so I think they'd have enough for those as their two maxes?

Brown was their other big contract, and he's gone. Turner is at $20m.

Hali already signed a max extension this summer, which is great because he's been absolutely phenomenal this year. As a Pacers fan I'm pretty stoked about the rest of the season. They have spent the past few seasons hoarding shooters, so I'm excited to see what Siakam does with all that spacing. I may be drinking the homer juice, but if a few guys develop the right way they are going to be contenders very quickly.
