I do think that it is challenging on Cohost to actually figure out how to customize your timeline towards the things that you want, but also it's nontrivial to add 'discoverability' as such in ways that don't break the premise of the website. But also I can't imagine making a claim along the lines of "cohost is all [group of people]". How the fuck could I tell?

Every once in a while I click on a tag I've never considered before and see like a hundred names I've never seen in some hyper specific art niches. It's kinda incredible.

Yeah it's a wildly blanket statement to claim like...almost anything about this website's userbase. By nature of how it's set up there's gonna be corners of it I'm just never gonna know about and that's genuinely cool.

It just kind of strikes me that a lot of people just don't have an interest in curating their experience or seeking stuff out. Which is, you know, whatever, but it's pretty alien to me. That's all I do online.
