After beating the bulls tonight, the Pistons have secured their 9th win of the season. This means they can no longer have the worst-ever record of an NBA team; even if they were to lose all remaining games, they would finish the season still slightly better than the '12 Bobcats.
As an aside: Chicago and Charlotte both have the dubious honor of having each lost to the Pistons... twice this season. 45% of the Piston's wins have come from those two teams alone.
