Honestly like the situation is so dire that past a certain point I think I will just not be able to consider a Windows machine a real general-purpose computer, it's a box that has malware on it. To the point of, eg, if I at one point need to have a Windows device for work, I will set up a dedicated box for it and not touch it with anything that is personal to me.
