While the previous document kinda hid its intentions under "of course they have First Amendment rights, we're only concerned about criminal motivations" this one is right out in the open with "the problem with magic practitioners is that magic is real and they are casting evil spells."
ahahhahaa delightful, im so glad you enjoyed. yeah im not even surprised that they wrote in an official police document "magic is real, of course", bc the book Michelle Remembers was used nationwide to train cops and social workers for like, a couple decades.
