it becomes clear to me that using twitter less is a good thing when i open the site and see snippets from the current Discourse and i'm just immediately confused and tired and close the site

It’s stuff that doesn’t actually make sense unless you’re on the site 12 hours a day and I’m happy it doesn’t mean anything to me anymore
I gave my friend my password and I haven't logged into twitter (other than the day I posted sonya) and its been soooo wonderful. Highly recommend passing your pw to yako to keep your ass off it
I've been a lot less tired and doomscrolly ever since I decided to log off. It was also a challenge to see if they'd actually delete an account for not doing anything for 30 days, but going cold turkey for a month really helped me break the habit.
