if you think about it sanity is a manmade construct, we decided what counts as being sane and what counts as being insane.
insanity is people walking on the streets acting like everything is fine despite how not long ago we had a massive plague sweep through the streets infecting and changing everyone's lives, and we're acting like its all normal now, like we're bandaiding over it and acting like life wasn't just irreversibly changed for a while there.
maybe we mixed the definitions backwards.
