One time I went with a bunch of people to climb some mountain in the middle of nowhere and we ended up heading back really late and I still often think about how the level of darkness was almost as fascinating as the way the night sky looked.

I remember telling a previous Irish friend that I was, at the time, commuting 165 miles each way on a weekly basis. (that was an unusually bad commute)
