talking with people about CP2077's implied story connections and cut content is always fun since there's a lot of things that don't add up, intentionally and not, there's double crosses, triple agents, etc and yet one of the characters with the most insight is a mystic literally named Misty, who becomes a park ranger in one ending out of nowhere
and even that is commentary on all the characters being fucked up and completely taken in by consumerism, people are constantly talking about "getting out of Night City" and almost every single one of them means "hit it big, retire, live the high life forever", only Misty in that ending actually leaves NC, and she just goes and lives in the woods, and she's happy.
the moral of CP2077's plot is "if it sucks, hit da bricks". Approximately 9000 people die along V's path to discovering this.
im like if a boy was a doll or a bug or a girl or some other thing
