there's a pub near here that has a mural with a bit in the local dialect (i think it says "does tha fancy a pint?") and someone crossed out "tha" and replaced it with "you". i'm fascinated to know what kind of person (a) cares so much about "correct" english but (b) has no qualms with vandalism

i think they just wrote it in sharpie or something so it's faded and will hopefully disappear before the paint. i could do that though
also "does tha" is (regionally) grammatical and "does you" is not? heinous
