taking page from Jack "@jackapedia" Grimes's book and kind of just talking about a bunch of things i saw/did recently that i liked. would give me more of an excuse to actually post on here anyways Let's Go:
- The man who faked human cloning: bobby broccoli does NOT miss. an excellent 2-part video series inspired by Jon Bois's Pretty Good, except it's about a hack fraud stem cell cloner. deffo recommend even if you aren't a biologist
- Azure Serenity, Vanilla-Lite Edition: a level for the old indie platformer darling Knytt Stories. it's big but unlike its currently-WIP counterpart, it's not fuckhuge gargantuan. wish it had an overall plot, but other than that i can't complain!
- GOODWAD.WAD, for DOOM II: haven't played this one yet but i have seen the original creator stream making it. it looks good and awful and hard and i'm actually semi-terrfied to try it as someone who is not Very Good At High-Level DOOM though. we'll see. maybe i'll stream it sometime soon?
- TRAINWRECKORDS: RUN DMC'S "Crown Royal": for the unawares, Trainwreckords is a great series by Todd in the Shadows about covering albums released by famous artists that just. completely fall flat on their face, sometimes even ending their careers altogether. it's really fascinating learning what went into creating such an anti-masterpiece. something so loathful that all the pop stations were like 'yeah no fuck this'. this one is no exception. also Rockshow is the kind of song that sucks ass but I kind of love anyway
- Animator vs. Animation 6: Part 1: FUUUUUUUUCK SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
- This Homestuck t-shirt:
if i don't make another one of these within the next two weeks please slap me thank you
