so I have someone from Ziply coming out to take a look tomorrow, but since yesterday morning our fiber internet has been broken in a weird ass way.
no access at all, but resetting the modem/router allows it to work for like 5 minutes and then it stops again. but router settings and lights all indicate that there’s no issue, and the really weird part is that if I start up a twitch stream or log into destiny or somethin during that 5 minute grace period, that connection keeps going without interruption even while the rest of the internet is effectively dead
anyone have any ideas?? I’ve tried factory resetting the router/modem, tried a different DNS on various devices, restarted stuff countless times, and it’s the same result every time. it’s been driving me crazy and I am at a loss for what to do next other than just wait for this technician to come over
