The wildest part of anime podcasting is the first episode of any season where, as notes bitch, I must either indulge all my worst urges and gush about every technical detail of the series to come (if I've seen it before), or discover as much as I can without spoiling myself during the research and behind the scenes lookups (if I'm supposed to be the blind host)
