I love fandoms, art, otome games, silly little retro games, plushies and shoujo men.

posts from @busybusybee tagged #posted it anyways

also:

I just saw someone talking shit about an otome game like someone forced her to play?

I am very much a prick when it comes to reviewing things, but I don't enjoy tearing things down or making fun of people's creation, and I know when things are a "the writing and/or characters are bad" case and "the writing and/or characters doesn't cater to me case"

I do think some specific things that younger people like today are "cringe", because I didn't grew with them. The same way people older than me finds things I like very strange.

You also don't get any bonus points by saying you don't like silly goofy entertainment. You don't get any bonus points by dragging a game because you "don't get why people like it". Just... stop playing. Like, the game was free. Would it physically hurt to just drop the goddammed "bad game" and move on?

Maybe I am being a little biased, because I loved the game the lady was shitting on. But, girlie, last time I wrote that big of an essay about a game, it was because the plot was full of racist, sexist and homophobic things (and I didn't even post lmao). Not "oh no I am too mature for this game so I will dedicate a whole post for it!! Look at me go!!"

Let women be "cringe", write Mary Sues, do whatever they want as long no one is getting offended or hurt.
