i already don't use instagram, so maybe things are different over there but... you'd only have to do this to me once for me to never visit your platform/website/app/whatever again
Instagram has already done so many things to make the logged-out user experience needlessly annoying that I avoid visiting it as much as possible, please do let Icarus toy around too much with being indiscriminately more annoying for everyone to the point that no one ever hosts anything I might want to see on it ever again
