In the pursuit of rich blue and even tone of the sky, I experimented with different materials here. So blue was made using a mixture of white gouache, PVA and saturated blue ink, the color of which I really liked. Clouds are painted with gouache be adding PVA for better consistency and possibility of additional brush strokes after drying. The front stages are painted entirely in acrylics.
