An ARG is, among other things, a way to build attention and excitement before something releases by having it be very hard to find and encouraging people to look for it.

An anti-ARG, then, would be a way to avoid attention before something releases if it is easy to find, by discouraging people from looking for it.

It's very hard to explicitly discourage people from looking for something that's easy to find, though; I don't think any conceivable iteration of "whatever you do, don't google this phrase" would lead to anything other than most people googling that phrase.

The most effective anti-ARG, then, is probably silence.
