ok i think i have changed my mind about Big Sean's Dance (A$$). i once described it as "so bad it's glorious", and i don't know that i disagree, but i do think it's more complicated than that. the hook is so bad it's good, Big Sean's verses are not bad enough to be good, and Nicki's verse is genuinely good (aside from "Waikikiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii", which transcends quality entirely). as a whole, i think "so bad it's good" is fair, but it's also occasionally just bad or just good.

a song that i think is more consistently consistently so bad it's good is ISMFOF's Crank That. it helps that i don't like screamo, though; i suspect that if i did, it would just be bad.
