You still can't mandate your putative audience into having the executive function to spare for it! (Even if we weren't in a literally brain-damaging airborne disease pandemic.)
(And if your argument goes "people have some moral obligation to comment because I actively opted out of every other way for them to show any appreciation, I can follow and sympathise with the reasoning at every individual step that led you there and still, at the end, gently conclude you're describing a you problem.)
