I always flirt with the idea of doing each one of these prompts but then back out on like 80% of them because it's either <200 words or >2000 words. I really kind of wish that I had a better grasp on what a comfortable brief-but-complete read feels like.
I've done a literally three-word punchline to one! Which admittedly is a pathological, shitpost example of the form, but I don't reckon there's any particular acceptable length for them; I think the key word is "complete", which is an extremely "how long is a piece of string" measure.
