What speed would part of the venue have to be travelling at relative to the rest for time dilation to permit the inclusion of a full-length half-speed 4'33 in the performance?

(this is a real, and potentially answerable, maths problem. please do not feel obligated to answer it XD)

Time dilation always slows down the clock that's moving with respect to your frame of reference, so it's always going to be your performance that fits into half the time you observe theirs to take;

if I understand my hasty reading correctly, you'd need to be observing time events with a Lorentz factor of 2, which is a relative velocity of 0.866c
