I thought I was maybe being mean — justified, but mean — about Changeling: the Lost, which...I dunno that I'd ever play it, but it's intentionally sinking its hands into some powerful stuff and doing something dark and deliberate. (And I think it could do it better in a third of the page count.)
So today's secondhand RPG book is Changeling: the Dreaming, and wow. Wow. ~300 pages and I think, rather than being uneasily overstuffed with half a dozen different things, it's understuffed with about half of one. "What if oWoD, but Vaguely Celtic Fairies?" I can't even be mean, there's fuck-all of substance to be mean to.
