Two books?? In one year?? What is this, a book club??
Kiss & Tell by Adib Khorram is a fun look at out teen queer celebrity and the spectacle of the boy band in the social media era. Which is wild because I picked up this book thinking “gay” and “boy band” and assumed it would be about the closet or some secret relationship but was delightfully surprised to find it was actually about The Public and a Public relationship. Here we are in the future.
I don’t know how into YA cohost is but I feel like y’all would appreciate this book because of how critical it is of our current state of mainstream online culture and also let’s go gays.
