i make indie games

unvoiced 2* in a tokyo apartment trying to weld end-of-service anime characters into playstation 1 party games

just added new dlc to a lot of my old posts (scrolled back on my notifications and actually got around to replying to people who commented on posts pretty much throughout all of feburary)

would like to echo what a mutual said here in that shortblogging on cohost is kinda confusing (not that it's an issue because I can alchemize two hundred words out of Nothing, also known as this post) but also I wanna do it sometimes so here I am

by the way, speaking of "words out of nothing", I was trying to describe to a friend (see now I'm conscious about the difference between 'mutual' and 'friend' because my friends are mutuals and my mutuals are friends but you wouldn't call a person you met offline a mutual) the exact way I sort of construct my cohost sentences to be these five-line long things that probably do not even fit in mental RAM and like

I don't feel like I write in Youtube Video Essay voice, per se; it's the closest touchpoint for "when you gotta say a lot of words, just like way too many words, and also go on a tangent about processing your very specific life experiences in a way which can occasionally be understood as relatable feelings by a greater audience and also somehow connected to a playstation 1 game", but I don't feel it's quite accurate

it's like, half that, and half I insist on writing like I am sharing a lengthy, nichijou-absurdist injoke that may or may not exist, with you, the reader. the joke is that you look at my sentences and say "you WOULD write a sentence like that"

280 words, I was pretty close

i think writing all of the tweets i would've made throughout a given day down and then dumping them all into a single post here at the end of the day might really be the way to go. i'd just need to uh, remember to do that
