a specialty pasta place I enjoyed a lot (but hadn't made time to go to for a few months) is closing down on tuesday, so I tried heading out there for One More Bowl.
despite (or perhaps due to) showing up a bit after opening at 11 AM, I found myself buried about 20 people back in line, which is like... two or three shop rotations?
as far as I know, they're not Closing closing, they're just moving and rebranding under the less-specialty umbrella of their sister store (which serves all kinds of pasta instead of just one)... so I decided to skip out for today. I like a lot of food, but it's hard to convince me to wait an hour for any meal
