i ate a theater size box of candy over the course of today because apparently I need to crunch food hard when I'm crunching code hard and it gave me enough sugar to make me feel like I could see forever
which tbh is not really advised when you're trying to walk around tokyo in the rain but it happens!
I kept thinking "oh no, that must have been too much sugar" but I mean. a theater size box is just like. One Serving of candy when you go to the movie. right? idk I just get popcorn when I go to the movies if I'm feeling hungry. last movie I saw in theaters was Alivehoon, a movie which I'm pretty sure acts as money laundering between the government and the local drifting scene. and it was pretty fun!
(it's a movie about how an outgoing pro drifter sees a introverted nerd trained on Gran Turismo, say "there's no way he can drift", and then he immediately goes out and drifts perfectly)
anyway check out these things I found on the shelf at nakano broadway. that's at least a decade old
