unvoiced 2* in a tokyo apartment trying to weld end-of-service anime characters into playstation 1 party games

today was accidentally an all-social day

had online games with some friends in the morning; checked out the new Dominion expansion (Plunder), whose New Thing is "adjectives that can be stuck onto cards in the supply" like you are playing a roguelike. also loot, which is Ruins But They're Gold. extremely high powered

dashed from this to some tsukemen lunch plans with friends in akiba that I immediately canceled once I arrived in akiba and realized there was an onimai only (as in onimai-focused only event) happening like 30 minutes south

I am convinced I am the fifth-most Onimai Liker on your timeline at any given time (I didn't finish the anime even!) but what time would there be to pick up onimai things other than right after the anime ended

as it turns out the answer is "I don't know" because there was only like 5 onimai circles, but it turned out to be a combined doujin event that gave me more than I bargained for, including two rows of bocchi circles, a row of priconne, half a hall of umamusume, and a swath of blue archive horny crowd splitting the two like a river you have to ford in oregon trail

I ended up picking up just a few things as I tend not to buy doujinshi (of the all-ages or adult variety) - a bokita book, a umamusu table game rulebook, and I think one or two cute keychains. I need to open my backpack which I haven't done since last night because THEN

I dashed back to my midday plans (now afternoon plans) after chugging Fucking Pasta (pasta at first kitchen) for the first time, taking some friends from back home around some nice walk-on-street areas in Akihabara and Shinjuku

we ended up playing a Dr. Stone escape room at Shinjuku where, infallibly, we once again managed to get a 99.9% completion rate without the clear. this time I had the Secret Trick but I couldn't figure out how to properly accomplish it until I was in the elevator heading down. no one does it better than SCRAP

after that, I slammed a milk tea to restore sugar and liquid to my body, before we grabbed dinner at a bar that advertised "ham & cheese" (two good adjectives), where I ended up actually getting some really good BIG German Sausage (the "BIG" was clearly taped on the menu after the fact).

followup drinking happened at a really unexpected bar which is just like, taped onto a Lawson. you'd think this is really weird but they actually lean into the concept and the first page of the menu is like "hey do you wanna buy some snacks from Lawson? bring 'em in and we'll smoke it". it's really entertaining. smoked karaagekun is actually very good
