unvoiced 2* in a tokyo apartment trying to weld end-of-service anime characters into playstation 1 party games

was clearing out some of my browser windows from yesterday when I came across a tweet-in-progress that just said "Remembered". remembered what

bold of me to work on my running game when I haven't run recently
I've been doing a bit better about running some backgammon practice against the computer in XG Mobile for my phone while outside in line for stuff (it's quite fast!). I'm still only doing 1-point games to focus on the fundamentals of "what is a good move, what is a not-so-good move" but I landed two games with "Expert" rating, which is to say I didn't mess up greatly

this doesn't necessarily mean I'm improving, because some games definitely lead themselves to playing out in less complicated ways than others, but y'know, practice.

_a game of phones
I've also been thinking about how I want to replace my Xperia Compact XZ2 with a fairly buggy digitizer (known issue with these devices apparently), since I shouldn't use my work iPhone forever - as tempting as it is to just get Another XZ2, it's fairly old at this point and I should probably at least get something which will get software updates for a few years ha ha ha

which might actually mean going for a used iPhone instead of a used Android, if my price point is, arbitrarily, below 40k yen but balancing cheapness and functionality. I really play so few games on my phone (though I might have to cut Blue Archive or move it to Bluestacks. Bluestacks Archive) and Granblue runs on just about anything that I'm not too picky... I think.
