finally got rolling on cleaning my room, and can confirm that momentum is key when it comes to cleaning. tossed out a bunch of old expired everythings, organized and made some cables redundant, shuffled around some gifts I have for people (when japan post / airlines allow it).
it feels good to have less stuff for whatever reason, I'm definitely on team "I have a lot of stuff digitally but physically I own very little". maybe just force of habit from living in a ~4sqm room for a few years (I mean there is a common space outside it but that's more appliances and shared electronics than 'other stuff')
