unvoiced 2* in a tokyo apartment trying to weld end-of-service anime characters into playstation 1 party games

that's a lot of twos huh

honestly this day was a looong day in the office, but mostly spent wrapping up independent investigations into some bugs, so it wasn't so bad.

it was definitely more draining that I realized, though, since I was really spaced out afterward when trying to do some daily backgammon practice. I didn't do so great and need to remember my own advice of remembering to look at all the moves

went to a sushi place for dinner and saw a california roll for the first time in tokyo (no I don't really do sushi that much still, unfortunately)

I spent a bit of train time trying to read Reincarnated as a Sword 1 again as whenever I see Fran I think she is very cool and cute, but the writing isn't really clicking with my head at the moment, so I put it back on the shelf. Kind of just too much naroukei for my brain, too much "here is the wiki entry for the world in spoken dialogue form, then a very terse and straightforward conversation". Maybe another time. Fran still very cute

also added TGM1 for the Switch to my December games list. I sort of float around the perimeter of TGM constantly (in TGM3 I can time out at 500 with a good run but come nowhere close to breaking it) but I'm always excited to see it, even though "support TGM so that there can finally be more TGM" always feels a little hollow after all these years. still a good game
