unvoiced 2* in a tokyo apartment trying to weld end-of-service anime characters into playstation 1 party games

I'm doing some market research into solitaire, so here's a link to a really detailed review of the 2007 PC game Fairway Solitaire, by a solitaire enthusiast.

it's a nice time capsule into older websites and older software and I'd also like to note you can pretty much only find this game on two sketchy repackaged uploads to Internet Archive, and also that this doesn't run in my Win7 VirtualBox but will run straight on my Win11 computer, so like, sure

there's something charming about Old Enough computer games just having all their resources just sitting around unencrypted. I was able to peek through the game's strings, images, even their level files, which was an educational experience

why am I doing this? well let's just say that Game Freak trademarked another name in the Pocket Card Jockey franchise and that I've been watching a lot of Ridge Racer Type 4 videos recently ("what does that have to do with anything" it does)

in other today things, I played through two games of gardens of vextro, a game anthology that a mutual participated in. I hope to do a full post on this when I finish it like, next weekend or so, knowing myself (it's like probably a few hours all put together!)

I also went out to eat some quick katsudon for dinner, left my bag under the table, then when I came back, the only person in the restaurant was sitting at my exact seat. talk about extremely minor "sorry I think my bag is under there" inconveniences
