i make indie games

unvoiced 2* in a tokyo apartment trying to weld end-of-service anime characters into playstation 1 party games

the stormbloodening continues. doma castle's got a beat. in somewhat related news, the yakuza series did not invent "having a story", but my review of any game's story is heavily influenced by whether it has Yakuza Moments, which mostly involves having rivals cross-counter each other in meaningless fights and also whatever went on after doma castle. this is an extension of my longer-form shitpost which is "Megalobox, Kakegurui, and Wangan Midnight all speak to the same part of me". ok I think I made this paragraph go on enough tangents to confuse everyone

had yakiniku like for dinner (the chain is called "yakiniku like", though I am californian enough to just speak valley girl naturally) and found out that in the right conditions I can have the absolute cheapest, most explicitly labeled as Cost Performance set on the menu and still find it ridiculously filling. it's good yakiniku value

in reply to @canon's post:

read this as yakimiku and please do not yaki Miku. she doesn't deserve that.

I'm still working on Heavensward, big detour as I level up all my crafters, but also maintenance tonight, so I have no idea what I do with myself for the next two hours until I crash. Maybe I can read a book for pleasure in the first time in months.
