made some pancakes for lunch using rice flour pancake mix (from furusato nozei) instead of... normal flour? uncertain. they tasted pretty much the same to me, standard "my frying pan is kind of small so the pancakes I make are kinda small" stuff. the fluffiest pancakes I've had at home are made with some pancake mix from the international store that is made specifically for that kinda stuff (though it was also blue for some reason?)
I mean, nothing wrong with non-fluffy pancakes. they're all pancakes
PR has begun for Kirby Wii Switch, which is not really what it's called but is effectively what it is. I understand this game is going to be 99% the same as what I played last year but also Magolor is a round friend and Checkerboard Chase is back, so we'll see how long I hold out
(personally I think Triple Deluxe edges out Robobot which is slightly better than RtDL, in terms of Kirby games with similar aesthetics)
other than that not much to report on today. been recalibrating my work schedule and slowly wrapping up ffxiv stormblood stuff before talking about that. been thinking about restarting my running schedule but really having taken that first step of (EDITOR: add here however many steps it takes to run a 5k)
