finally got a melonpan from the local bakery chain. I procrastinated on it for a while because it's like over 200 yen compared to the 100 yen conbini melonpans. I would say it's probably about twice as good though - the crunchy texture of a freshly baked melonpan is second to none
makes me miss my usual melonpan joint in nara
