i make indie games

unvoiced 2* in a tokyo apartment trying to weld end-of-service anime characters into playstation 1 party games

I said on twitter that I would post the list from my head of Games I Want To Create Immediately, so that all of them (all of the games) can stare at me in shame when I inevitably ignore them to work on GODDAMN I just remembered another one while trying to come up with a joke example

actual joke example: bocchi the rock x idolmaster raising simulation game. this would actually be very good especially with properly anti-tuned numbers but it's a little out of range right now

anyway the list. a lot of these have been rattling around the head for years and they're varying distances from realization but REMEMBERED ANOTHER GAME STOP (I'm coming back up here to add a page cut and also so I can remember what the game was, I forgot it again

  • fully customizable granblue engine simulator. the end-all of granblue number optimization. motocal et al are good for theoretical weapon-only calculations and comparisons, but it doesn't represent real-world experience as well as I want. i want a sim so good you can preserve the entire game on it

  • i have like 50% of a point blank homage implemented and it's actually quite far along and I should see it through. I made this in anticipation of my Sinden Lightgun arriving and it actually did. this is actually a good game that I should actually get assets for and develop. I love point blank a ton. my child is named after the two coolest things I know: Lightguns Minigames

  • a Board Game Top Shop homage was basically the third side in the original HackaTrilogy that started my doujin circle, in terms of "party games I played a lot on older consoles when I was young". at some point I considered a hololive theming for it instead of hackadoll. I spent a bit of time trying to reverse engineer some formulas of top shop for fun. now that I know how to reverse engineer ps1 a little more I kind of want to pry the game apart again

  • you ever think how 1000 people will make RPGs inspired by their 8-and-16-bit childhood favorites but no one (?) has made a CaRPG inspired by the choro q series? that's because making a 3D CaRPG with the plot beats and gameplay diversity of a Yakuza game would be incredibly fucked up and difficult and spiral out of control. but if you put a Ikea shark plushie to my head and told me I have to kickstart one (1) game, it would be this game. anyway play the english patch for choro q wonderful

  • is Hundreds still around for iOS? I kind of wanted to make a homage to that if it's not around anymore (I find out that it not only is around, but also the developer went on to make Wilmot's Warehouse, Night in the Woods and Tunic) holy shit what???? anyway I also wanted to make a gamejam sized game that's like fruit ninja but you are trying to slice a screen of many small moving objects into two equally-sized partitions of objects. kinda 80s namco arcade game abstract sorta feeling boy.

  • one of my life goals is to convince everyone that backgammon is about as anime as mahjong. as such, I am dedicated to making a game where you fall into hell and are forced by a Grim Aloe type dominant succubus to play backgammon. I am going to make the Helltaker Love Plus of Backgammon. 95% of the budget will be on animation and 5% will be on trying to glue gnubg into godot

  • i didn't forget this game, I actually did a full set of character planning for this and started story outlining. I really like it as a cohesive package but it has heavy competition

  • I want to bring back a Highly Loved 300g Original Franchise for a surprise reboot, and by reboot I mean "discard the original mechanics and make a Comfy Factory-Line Crafting game that basically encapsulates the simple checklist filling satisfaction of crafting with a touch of decoration, automation, and optimization". somewhere between like Fantasy Life and like, Overcooked genre stuff.

i'm guaranteed to remember one as soon as I hit post, so I'm gonna hit post (okay I figured out a general Vibe as soon as I added tags: I wanna make another Hackadoll Thing and I'd love to make the Hey You, Pikachu of Hackadoll #3 but idk what THAT is supposed to be. I would probably reduce it to a Shinymas ripoff that I use to get practice with raising simulations

OH YEAH WAIT I wanted to make just like, City Trial for raising sims. four player competitive shinymas WING mode. normal people things. I have mtmn's Plastic Umbrella in my head right now
