I think it's a case of most of the named characters in the film being related. So chances are the 2+ characters you have the hots for are gonna be from the same family when you pair them. Plus there's the spicyness that comes from the taboo of incest that makes it the perfect storm for this sort of content.
Yea, I always think about it like, "Okay, there's 1 named guy that isn't related to the main characters, so I kinda get it" but then I also look at the rest of the internet and go "nah, they want to be freaks [compliment]"
