My dagger Yellowjacket

Made in 12 hours over 3 weeks with alot of help from my teacher! The name comes from the blade shape being vaguely segmented like a wasps body

Hand hammered carbon steel blade, the cross guard and hilt are also steel but less high grade

Tempered ✅ Full tang ✅ Caused 2 oil fires in the workshop ✅

And we grew a bismuth crystal on the pommel! We had no way to know how it was going to turn out but we got the exact colour I wanted :-)

I’m so proud of the result, this is something I’ve wanted to make for a long time💗
