she is kitty. in these panels she is being struck by the Baby Kitty's Curse and so she is being cuddly. this is atypical izutsumi behavior and should not be upheld as normal
sure, i understand. but the petting is good though. that is some visceral petting action right there. its like that one anime petting gif with the ear floop
