so are we gonna talk about how planet of the bass was filmed in the fucking 9/11 museum or (edit: apparently this is not the museum but is actually a very large shopping mall directly next to the museum that is still on site, which is still very weird imo)

it's just a shopping mall and transit terminal in the world trade center complex. it is an incredibly normal place to do this. it has functionally nothing to do with 9/11, and nobody thinks about 9/11 when they go there. i sat outside this thing and ate a grilled cheese like ten times when i lived in new york
