This is maybe kind of an odd question but I feel like you’re the only person here who can answer it: should I ask my food’s permission before I eat it?

Oh... my little kitten, yes you should always ask your food for its consent to be eaten. I always send out my inquiry to my meals, then meditate in silence until I hear its response. Often, you will feel it when permission is given to you, there will be a pull, like the food wants you to eat it, to bless you with its nurturing light. You may feel that sensation in your stomach, like a rumbling vibration as your vibrational frequency aligns with the foods'. Your desires and the desires of the food become one, unified, you feel a desire to take the food into your body as a reflection of the foods' desire to become a part of you.

If your food has not given you permission to eat it, has not chosen you, then you will not be able to absorb all of the nutrients and vitamins from the food that you need to be whole.
