you can also use "gang". saves on one letter, requires less mouth movement, but in exchange you will sound slightly more like fred from scooby-doo
not true; when i say "there are plenty of folks who would go to the store," the term "gang" is not applicable. i do not use folks as a second person plural-- i find "y'all" to be more useful in that scenario
